Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on the 28th of October, 1967 to Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Roberts is the fourth Roberts generation living in Atlanta starting with her farmer great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts. The father of her mother took an early interest in the theater. He performed on the Emory University campus in 1952 as well as in various productions in Atlanta. While stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi, he got given the role of a soldier for the play of Betty Lou Bredemus. In 1955, the couple tied the knot and, in 1956, their son Eric Anthony was born. Walter and wife resigned from the military in the year 1957 after which they began enrolment with Walter at Tulane University. The family relocated in 1960 from Louisiana to Decatur Georgia where Walter began working at Atlanta's Academy Theater and the Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. Walter along with Betty Lou started production in 1964 for the local kids' Saturday morning show on television called Bum Bum and His Buddies that they funded by themselves. They also founded the Actors and Writers Workshop in the same year, which was in operation for six years. They also had Lelisa Billingsley (also known as Lisa) as well as Julia (also named Julie) during this period.
